A Chara,

Beara Coiste na nOg & the Beara Senior Board in conjunction with the Beara clubs are organising a bumper fundraising Golf Classic in aid of the Colleen O'Leary Fund.

As you may be aware, Colleen O'Leary died suddenly and tragically, leaving seven young children between the ages of thirteen and just two weeks old.

This will take place at the Berehaven Golf Club in Castletownbere from Good Friday through to Easter Sunday, 29th to 31st March. Over the past few years Colleen's husband Pat has played a major role in the organisation of the annual Beara Coiste na nOg Golf Classic as joint treasurer.

This year all proceeds of the Golf Classic are going to the Colleen O'Leary fund as a once off event. The golf competition will entail teams of three mixed or otherwise at 60 per team.

We look forward to a large turnout for the fundraising event and are hoping to have all greens and tees generously sponsored. A list of sponsors will be on display throughout the weekend.

Any other financial contributions would be greatly appreciated.
Donations can be made to Beara Golf Classic, care of Paudie B. O'Sullivan, Cahermore, Beara, Co.Cork
