Cork GAA - Upcoming Coaching Workshop & Conference

Coaching Workshop:

On next Wednesday, January 19th, a coaching workshop for West Cork coaches will take place at Maria Immaculata Community College, Dunmanway (MICC) from 7 to 9pm.
Former Kerry football manager and current Munster Games Manager Pat O’Shea will give a practical session entitled, “Conditioned Games for Youth Players”.
Pupils who are currently completing their Transition Year Foundation Level coaching award at MICC will feature as players on the night.
Entry: €10.

Cork GAA Coaching Conference:

On Saturday, February 5th, The Cork GAA Coaching Conference will take place at CIT, entitled 'Unlocking the Potential', which is aimed at coaches of teenage players.


Speakers include Donal Og Cusack, Jamsie O'Connor, George O'Connor and Mark McManus.

Please also note that the rescheduled National Coaching Conference; 'Coaching Children: Building a Platform for Lifelong Involvement in Gaelic Games’ goes ahead in Croke Park, on this Saturday, January 15th. Unfortunately this event is now completely booked out.
